Picture index generation script

I use a Perl script, with the help of the PBMPLUS and JPEGSRC image filters, to generate the picture indexes found under this directory.

These pictures are scanned with an Agfa ArcusPlus, fixed a bit in Adobe PhotoShop. Saved as TIFF files, and converted to JPEG pictures using this GNU Make Makefile.
