Electronics engineer from what was then Narvik Technical College 1984, Computing 1985. Worked at ELAB/DELAB/ELAB-RUNIT (they were keen on changing the name of the company), in Trondheim, Norway, from 1986 to 1990, when I went back to school.

Graduated from the CS departement of what used to be the Norwegian Institute of Technology/University of Trondheim in February 1993. Started working at Falch Hurtigtrykk in Oslo in May 1993.

I left there in late April 1995, and started working for what was then a subsidiary of AT&T, and is now a subsidiary of NCR: Metis Solutions in Horten.
